Why i add 2nd point in w becuz it buff and saw reginald use tis to 1 hit ko range minion under tower after 1 shoot by tower make last hit easier if u force to ply safe

Item build is kinda easy

Starting Items
Shoe+3 pots
Blue Crystal+2 pot

Then buy 2-3 Doran if u have hard time (Shoe).Buy Cata if u get Blue Crystal early or enuf money to buy when 1st trip bak if u buy Shoe

then 1st u must buy RoA it give survive,mana,ap everything u nid
then u can aim for Mejav if u owning or not get Sorc Shoe then Rabbadon Cap then free to buy anything for ur ap d if u a person that alway rmb u got active item then get DeathFire Grasp <---- a lot ppl also underestimated tis item it work great on single burst ap hero like LB,Kass,Veigar

If u plying premade with our clan member then tell him give u second blue so that u can spam 1st skill to farm or harass or ulti to run away cuz early game kass ulti suck alot mp

Laning Phase:Farm Pre-6 cuz u cant kill anybody unless they stupid like hell and keep come to let u kill == and rmb open ur 2nd skill when u guy exchange auto-attack cuz it hurt alot Real!
