Summoner spells ? Take Flash , Ignite ; Ghost ( Depends , really doesn't matter )
Better take mid lane buddy , if not ... GG .
EARLY GAME
You are recommanded to concentrate on farming . Get a skillpoint on Q , followed by W then E . Q is a great skill to last hit minions so don't be afraid to use it .
Whatever you do , never use W unless you are getting ganked .etc . <- Its an escaping mechanism for early game phase .
MID GAME
Q should be the first skill to be maxed followed by E .
Towering diving for vladimir is like a walk in the park , use Q on the opponent and get ready to sink into a pool when your halfed (Tanking some towershots) , your teammates will probably finish off the half of the opponent team off ( of course with casualities ) use R and proceed spamming Q and E .
LATE GAME
You know .... Just repeat what I done with mid game , TROLL !
Item Build
Early game - Powering tome , 1 hp pot
1st blue pill - Haunting guise , Ionian boots ( CDR )
Followed on , Rylai is a must to get immediately
Accompanied with a Will of The Ancient
Rabadon Deathcap ; Zhonya Hourglass ( Depends on situation )

About Warmog , it is viable but not worth the time , money and effort.
Have fun with Vladimir and don't forget to mention the legend of Trolloki .
