    City-States War!!

    Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you my suggested event! =D

    Rules:

    1. 5 on 5 gameplay in Summoner's Rift Tournament style with Winners and Losers Bracket.
    2. Game Mode will be Draft Pick with 3 bans from each side.
      Draft Order
      Bans: ABABAB
      Picks: ABBAABBAAB
      Bans must be told to the Event Mod by team leaders before game begins.
    3. No Holds Barred.
    4. You may only choose one large City-State/Faction, if you choose a small City-State then you may choose help from another small City-State/Mercenaries for Hire/The Institute of War.
      Note: Zaun or Bilgewater has a special situation whereby they can choose to receive a random amount of champions(though the role of the dice by an admin in the forum) from Noxus to help their city-state.
    5. Alliances can be made between City-States but must be approved by Event Mod.
      The Rules for Alliances is that:
      Large City-States cannot ally anyone.
      Small City-States can ally with another Small City-State.
      Small City-States cannot ally with a Large City-State.
    6. Team must choose only one City-State and stick to it till the end.
    7. LoL Screenshot must be sent to Event Mod as confirmation of your win.
