Fizz, the Tidal Trickster [SOLOMID]

Fizz is a burst caster the way I play it.
He can be played a solotop, solomid, jungle, ad and support XD.
As in seriously, he can play every role.

In this guide I will show you how to play Fizz Solomid.

Summoner Spells

Flash: You need flash to escape or kill an enemy. Just remember that flash has been nerfed so the range is shorter.
Ignite: Standard for all burst casters.

9x Greater Mark of Insight (Magic Penetration)
9x Greater Seal of Force (AP/level)
9x Greater Glyph of Force (AP/level)
3x Greater Quintessence of Potency
Total cost:14,145 IP (Cheap)

Masteries
21/0/9
Take All Damage/Mage related masteries in Offence,
and Take these in Utility:
- Expanded Mind
- Improved Recall
- Swiftness
- Runic Affinity

Items
Take note that you may not follow this item build, all item builds are just frameworks for you to work in, not a YOU-FOLLOW-THIS-AND-YOU-WILL-BECOME-GODLIKE guide. Items are always very conditional, if the enemy has alot of Casters you could buy MR, and same goes to Armor for ADs/Tanky DPSes.
Starting Items
10x Health Potion
1x Mana Potion
1x Sight Ward
Rest of the Item Build
1. Boots of Speed
2. Rod of Ages
3. Sorcerer's Shoes
4. Rabadon's Deathcap
5. Lich Bane
6. Void Staff OR Rylai's Crystal Scepter
7. Guardian Angel OR Rylai's Crystal Scepter

Try to have at least 5x Health potions and 3x Mana potions each time you leave the base, until you get your Rod of Ages.

Gameplay
Early Game
Level 1-3: Farm
Level 4-5: Switch on your W, dash onto enemy with Q, Run with E.
Level 6: Switch on your W, dash onot enemy with Q, R the enemy, Damage with E
Mid Game
Level 7-10: Get yer blue buffs, farm.
Level 11-14: Roam lanes and kill
Late Game
Level 15-18: Still need to say meh, win then kill lo, lose then surrender XP

Well 10hp pots = lane more and this means more gold and experience and hp pots are cheap. Logical i must say.
